It should feel like a house you were lent the keys to — a little worn in. Music on: blues, country, surf, Brazilian. Children laughing, playing. Quiet after half past ten so everyone can sleep. Pet-free and nut-free.
Hours
Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 10:00. Quiet hours 22:30–09:00.
Who stays
Queen and twin are cozy rooms (13㎡). Two adults and two young children fit; a family of four with teenagers will be tight. Two rooms, or a family suite, is more comfortable. No outside visitors.
Pets
No dogs anywhere on the property — we keep the house pet-free (and nut-free) for allergies.
Meals
Meals are for staying guests, in the dining areas. Food and alcohol you bring: room or picnic tables in the parking area only. Corkage ¥3,000.
Smoking
Only in the designated area by the entrance road. Smoking in the room: ¥40,000 charge.
Parking
Free parking on site.
Card on file
We keep a card on file for meals and room damage.
